How a coin turns into money in someone's Klarna, step by step, with every fee and every limit.
What it is
Klarnapaid is a launchpad on Solana. You launch a coin for someone by their x handle. A cut of every trade on that coin goes into a pot for that person. When they claim it, the money is sent to their Klarna balance by phone number, the same way one Klarna user pays another.
Coins launch on pump.fun as custom pairs with a creator fee set at launch. The fee split is locked when the coin is created, so nobody can change where it goes later.
How it works
1. Launch
Type an x handle, a name and a ticker, and launch. You pay the normal launch cost in SOL. The coin is tied to that handle forever.
2. Trade
Every buy and sell pays a 2.5% creator fee. Pump's own fee sharing splits it at the source: most of it goes to the person's pot, the rest is the pad cut.
3. The pot fills
Anyone can push collected fees into the pots. The coin page shows the pot live. One person has one pot, shared by every coin launched for them.
4. Claim
The person logs in with . That proves the handle is theirs. They enter the phone number or email on their Klarna account, pick their country and pick an amount.
5. It lands in their Klarna
The pot is swapped to USDC, turned into euros, and sent to their Klarna balance by Klarna's own send-money feature. They tap “I got it” when it arrives.
Fees
- The pot: most of the creator fee. The exact split is published here, and locked on chain, before the first coin launches.
- The pad cut: the rest. It pays the conversion to euros, the transfers, gas and the servers.
- The platform coin: its creator fee goes to the team, not to any pot. It never draws from anyone's pot.
Claiming
- Log in with on the coin page or your pot page.
- The first login binds your handle to your x account. Nobody else can claim it after that.
- Enter the phone number or email on your Klarna account and your country.
- Pick an amount. The first payout is a small test so you can check it arrives.
- Tap “I got it” when it lands. Full payouts start after that.
We never ask for your Klarna password, your card or your bank details. If anything ever does, it isn't us.
Countries
Klarna's send-money feature works between Klarna users in the same country. These are the countries it covers:
Payouts open country by country, starting with one. The list of live countries is kept here. The US isn't covered: Klarna doesn't offer sending money there.
Proof
Every payout is public on the payouts feed, with three things anyone can check:
- The on-chain payout: the transaction that moved the money out of the pot, linked on Solscan.
- The transfer: the conversion to euros and the time the Klarna payment was sent.
- “I got it”: the person confirming it arrived, from their own x login.
Phone numbers and emails are never shown. Only a hash of them goes on chain.
Addresses
Every address is published here with a Solscan link before the first coin launches.
Caveats
- Klarnapaid is not Klarna and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Klarna. Klarna can limit or close the account that sends payouts.
- Payouts depend on third parties: the conversion to euros and Klarna itself.
- The pot program is upgradeable and unaudited. One admin key controls upgrades.
- Coins are memecoins. Most go to zero. Only buy what you can lose.
- Klarna pay in 4 and pay in 3 can't be paid off directly. The money lands in the Klarna balance and the person uses it from there.
FAQ
Does the person have to do anything?
Only to claim. The pot fills on its own. When they want it, they log in with and give the phone number on their Klarna.
What if they never claim?
The pot stays theirs. Nobody else can take it out.
Can I launch one for myself?
Yes. Type your own handle.
Why Klarna and not a wallet?
Because "a memecoin paid my Klarna" is the screenshot people post. The money lands in an app they already have.
